You may choose between a stay with a Chilean host family, or a student residence.

The home stay is 10-25 minutes away from the school and tends to be a house or an apartment. However, the word “family” should not be taken too literally, because your family could be a single parent, a married couple, or an elderly individual.

The place does not have more than 3 rooms available to be rented, and generally they have pets and outdoor spaces such as a garden, a balcony, a front yard or a backyard. Breakfast, dinner and a shared bathroom is included. These houses are conditioned to receive guests and provide services such as changing of sheets and towels once a week.

Moreover, the host family makes an effort to try and make you feel like a member of the family. This accommodation will offer the student the opportunity to experience the common life of a Chilean family.

The residence is a house or an apartment, and do not have more than 6 rooms to be rented. Breakfast is included whereas other meals are managed by meal vouchers that can be used in certain restaurants.

Our residences are open to both sexes and are located throughout the city in different neighborhoods. They have all the facilities that students could need: wide common spaces, computer lab, and a private room.

Upon request, a 24-hour transfer service is available for students from and to the airport for $50.
